• Account and purchase data: name, email address, country, and payment information, processed directly by Hotmart. We do not store your full card details.
• Platform usage data: course progress, lesson completion, and community activity within Discord.
• Communications: messages you send to our support email or within the community.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically via the sales page and course platform using Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, for advertising performance and site analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and manage your access to the Lab and the Outlier Community.
• Process payments, renewals, and refunds through Hotmart.
• Communicate with you about your subscription, course updates, and Challenges.
• Send marketing communications, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time.
• Improve our content and platform based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

• Hotmart — payment processing and subscription management.
• Discord — community hosting. Your Discord username and activity are visible to other members, per Discord’s own privacy policy.
• StuConnect — Hotmart-to-Discord membership verification.
• Meta Pixel and Google Analytics — advertising performance tracking and website analytics.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal data as described in Section 6, subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction records.
